How the Delivery Process Works
Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully inspects and securely packs your products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. After the final quality check, your package is handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery.
Our delivery partners attempt doorstep delivery at the earliest. If they are unable to locate your address or deliver at a suitable time, they may contact you to resolve the issue and re-attempt delivery.

VM Skincare currently ships across all major cities and towns in India. Serviceability may vary by pincode based on courier partner availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the courier partner name and tracking details. You can typically track your shipment within 24 hours of dispatch, once the courier updates their system.
Dispatch & Estimated Delivery Timeline
- We usually dispatch all orders within 1–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner efficiency.
- If there is a delay due to logistics issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via your registered email and/or phone number.
- During sale or promotional events, dispatch time may extend up to 5–7 business days due to increased order volume.
Order Limitations
VM Skincare reserves the right to restrict, cancel, or refuse orders at its discretion in cases of product unavailability, serviceability/delivery limitations, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational constraints. Orders for items that are out of stock will not be processed.
