Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@vmskincare.in with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Supporting images/videos (where applicable)
Refund Process
Once your request is received and approved by our support team:
- Your refund will be initiated to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products returned without original packaging and/or proof of purchase.
- Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control.
- Change of mind after product delivery.
